Princess Knight by `Yamino
An homage to Osamu Tezuka’s manga of the same name, which I have been reading during my vacation. It’s now available in English for the first time, I highly recommend it. (Part two just recently came out, about a month ago!)
I’ve been waiting all my life to read it. It was originally published in Japanese in 1953-56, and inspired the now clicheéd “princely girl” genre (including cult classics like “Lady Oscar/Rose of Versailles” and “Revolutionary Girl Utena.”)
I don’t know what this is anymore.
I hope the coyotes that are howling outside my house right now break down the doors and eat me.
